Can you believe I hadn’t picked up a book to read or revisit in days? Instead, I spent my time walking, reflecting, enjoying my dogs and my sister’s visit. And then, after those book-less days, I picked up Archer Sullivan's *The Witch's Orchard*. How wo...

Max hires her to look into his family’s long-unsolved case: a decade ago, Max’s six-year-old sister vanished from their home in broad daylight. The police and countless PIs have already exhausted every lead, and this is Max’s last-ditch effort to find answers.I was immediately drawn to the setting and atmosphere of this backwoods Appalachian story.
