3.5 starsOkay, I devoured Spiral: An Off the Ice Romance in two days flat! 😩 Seriously, this book must have been laced with something addictive because I literally couldn't put it down. I'm starting to think hockey romances are climbing higher and higher on my TBR list because why are all the male main characters such neon green flags? 🥰 ELISAGE?!? I adore them; they're so precious. This book had a solid plot, lovable characters, and just the right amount of drama. 😋⠀⠀ ☆ (

4.20!"I want you to be mine. If anyone in this world deserves someone who’s there for them, it’s you. There’s nothing I wouldn’t do to make you believe you’re worth every bit of worry and care.”
I should have known better than to ever doubt Bal Khabra. Honestly, these two were everything. What really grabbed me was how Bal Khabra's writing just speaks to me, like it's perfectly tailored for me to sink into that comfort zone. I can just relax and unwind because it's the perfect amount of fluff...

ˏˋ°•*⁀➷ 1.75/5So they're fake-dating, but they were already horny for each other? What's the point then? 😒I'm sorry, but *Spiral: An Off the Ice Romance* by Bal Khabra was not the fake-dating hockey romance I was expecting. It had so much potential, but it just didn't deliver. The characters? Mostly insufferable. The plot? Barely there. The chemistry? Truly non-existent.The lust? Off the charts. The eye-rolling moments? More than I can count.I genuinely think that when a book is promoted as "fake-d...

3 stars ⭐Honestly, *Spiral: An Off the Ice Romance* just didn't really click for me, if I'm being honest 😔. I didn’t really connect with the characters. I found Sage especially petty and unreasonable at times. Elias was sweet, but some things about him felt a little off, like they didn't quite fit his personality, if that makes sense? The found family aspect was definitely the highlight for me, though—I eat that trope up every. single. time.Pre-read 🏒🩰Thanks so much for all the recommendation...

The plot isn't groundbreakingly unique, but I really connected with the characters in "Spiral: An Off the Ice Romance"! They both had flaws, but nothing that made them annoying. I'm not totally convinced that the hero having a pierced cock totally meshed with his personality, but honestly, that's my only complaint. Overall, a fun read! If you're looking for character-driven romance book reviews, check out Bal Khabra's "Spiral: An Off the Ice Romance."

ੈ♡˳ Rating: Five out of five starsੈ♡˳ Summary: *Spiral: An Off the Ice Romance* by Bal Khabra is a fake-dating sports romance that beautifully blends the worlds of professional hockey and ballet. Elias Westbrook, a newly drafted NHL player for the Toronto Thunder, is feeling the heat. His career is just beginning, but the media's already dissecting his every move. Sage Beaumont, a dedicated ballerina, is facing her own uphill battle; without enough social media buzz, she might miss out on the ro...

4.5 stars ★⟶ \"Collide\" has *nothing* on this ridiculously cute book <33
🫶🏼 “Let’s go home,” she whispers into the crook of my neck. I nod, but she doesn’t know that I’m already there. 🫶🏼
Okay, so I went into reading *Spiral: An Off the Ice Romance* with pretty low expectations because, unfortunately, \"Collide\" was a letdown. But I was so wrong! I did *not* expect to find the most thoughtful man in the world with the purest, kindest heart ever. Bal Khabra seriously exceeded all my ex...

3.5 ˖⁺‧✮Collide was the only hockey romance that I rated 4 stars or higher, but Spiral: An Off the Ice Romance was honestly so close to stealing the spot. Fortunately or unfortunately, Collide is still my favorite 💕I want to begin my review by discussing the cover of the book, because it deserves so much recognition. I love, love, love it! The purple cover and characters are such an incredible mix, and I’m honestly obsessed.
Now, let's talk about the book.
I enjoyed the chemistry, dialogues,...

Can you hear that? It’s me, practically chewing through the walls because *Spiral: An Off the Ice Romance* by Bal Khabra was just that unbelievably good! Hockey player meets ballerina in a fake dating scenario with a strict rule: no PDA, and absolutely no falling in love. Seriously, shut up! It’s actually criminal that this is already one of my top romance reads this year, and it doesn’t even come out until January 2025! I don’t even know where to start with what I loved most: the most delicious...

Am I the only one absolutely dying for this book to be about Dylan and Kian?! This needs to happen! Seriously, Bal Khabra, give the people what they want! I'm ready for a whole novel dedicated to their story. If you're looking for a steamy hockey romance, don't miss "Spiral: An Off the Ice Romance" by Bal Khabra. I'm already hoping for a spin-off!
