Things are definitely changing... This installment presents a whole new challenge for Emma. Denise Grover Swank has delivered another intensely awesome creation. I, once again, absolutely could not put "Sacrifice (The Chosen Series, Book 3)" down. I had my suspicions about so many different characters, constantly questioning who to trust. Who will help Emma, and who intends to hurt her? I honestly had no idea what to expect, and I was genuinely shocked quite a few times by the twists and turns ...

This series is just incredible! Once again, I absolutely could not put "Sacrifice (The Chosen Series, Book 3)" down. The book was packed with so much action and suspense that I was constantly on the edge of my seat, desperate to know what would happen next. Emma and Will have easily become some of my all-time favorite characters. I'm so torn – I'm dying to see how Denise Grover Swank wraps everything up, but I also never want this amazing series to end! If you're looking for a thrilling paranorm...

Okay, I'll admit, "Sacrifice (The Chosen Series, Book 3)", the third book in Denise Grover Swank's series, got on my nerves a little bit here and there. There were moments I literally said out loud, "Again? REALLY? Come on!" But that's just because I was so hooked, desperately trying to guess where the story was going! Emma definitely had her annoying moments, and Will seriously needed to ditch his best friend, but honestly, it all added to the story. Yeah, it really did :-)By this point, you're...

If I could give this book, and the entire series a 10, I would!!!!Sacrifice (The Chosen Series, Book 3) is the third in a four-part series, and it's easily one of the best series I've ever devoured. Denise Grover Swank has crafted a stunning world filled with unforgettable characters. They're larger than life, and you'll find yourself loving and hating them in equal measure, but you'll definitely feel *something* about them all. Will and Emma are separated, and Will's memories have been wiped cl...

I devoured this novel in about 24 hours. Like the previous books, it completely fell victim to my insatiable hunger for this series. It was brilliant, yet again, and I wasn't disappointed. This series is like a modern-day take on Greek mythology. It's packed with surprises and twists that leave you wondering what's next and, most definitely, begging for more. So, when I discovered that the fourth book was already out there, ready for me to consume, my only reaction was... And so I shall have it,...

"You can do anything if the alternative is unacceptable."I was apprehensive about reading this book. As much as I loved the previous ones, I wasn't sure I was liking where *Sacrifice (The Chosen Series, Book 3)* was heading. Denise Grover Swank truly is talented. To take me from nervous to completely blown away is almost unheard of. I mean, I can be impressed, and I can be wrong about whether I'm going to enjoy a book or not, but it's a rare feat to be so dead wrong about my initial instincts. I...

I have a real love/hate thing going on with this series. On the one hand, I'm totally hooked on the story, and I love how Denise Grover Swank shows instead of tells. She's a natural storyteller, and *Sacrifice (The Chosen Series, Book 3)* feels fresh compared to a lot of the paranormal stuff out there. I was genuinely surprised by so many twists and turns. I found myself invested in the characters and their relationships and seriously NEEDING to know what happens next. I'd recommend this to anyo...

Sacrifice (The Chosen Series, Book 3) is the third book in Denise Grover Swank’s "The Chosen" series. After reading the first two books and falling head over heels for the characters and the plot's twists and turns, I was desperate to dive into Sacrifice (The Chosen Series, Book 3) and finally get some answers to the questions Hunted (the 2nd book) left me with. I was thrilled to find that not only did it answer so many questions, but it also threw even *more* into the mix, making me devour the ...

Book 3 of the Chosen series, *Sacrifice*, just kicked things up a notch! Once again, I'm practically yelling at the characters in Denise Grover Swank's book to figure things out already, because they feel so incredibly real. The whole premise is a bit "out there" – supernatural powers and connections to elements – but it totally works! In *Sacrifice*, we get a deeper look at Will, and Emma does something completely unexpected that throws everything into chaos. Finally, something I've been hoping...

A word of warning to my fellow expressive and easily moved readers: do NOT read this book in public. I cried, muttered a few curses under my breath, and had several audible "Really?!?" and "WTF" moments. All positive reactions, mind you, but they might make you look a tad unhinged if you're out and about. If you don't mind the stares, go for it, but consider yourself warned. Warring gods, relentless action, and not one but two kinds of love – the unique bond between a mother and her son, and the...
