#1 New York Times bestselling author Julia Quinn loves to dispel the myth that smart women don't read (or write) romance, and and if you watch reruns of the game show The Weakest Link you might just catch her winning the $79,000 jackpot. She displayed a decided lack of knowledge about baseball, country music, and plush...

⋆.˚🦋༘⋆ ꨄ "Deep inside, she knew who she was, and that person was smart and kind and often even funny, but somehow her personality always got lost somewhere between her heart and her mouth, and she found herself saying the wrong thing or, more often, nothing at all.” 𓍯𓂃𓏧♡ ˗ˏˋ ♡ ˎˊ˗ 4.25 Stars ˗ˏˋ ♡ ˎˊ˗ I'm honestly probably super biased because I've seen the show prior to reading the books, and Pen and Colin are my favorites! Their romance might not be the most fiery, but it's consistent and ...

"I love you with everything I am, everything I’ve been, and everything I hope to be. I love you with my past, and I love you for my future. I love you for the children we’ll have and for the years we’ll have together. I love you for every one of my smiles and even more, for every one of your smiles."I finally got to the book that was spoiled by the first season of the Netflix series! In *Romancing Mr. Bridgerton* by Julia Quinn, we encounter the story of Colin, the third brother of one of London...

Penelope Featherington has (quite happily) accepted her spinster status. And, wow, what a relief it is to not fret about being asked (or not being asked) to dance, to not see other men pretending not to see you, and to just not worry anymore.Colin Bridgerton is known as the wittiest, funniest, and most charming of the Bridgerton brothers...and honestly, that can be quite tiring having to seem so happy all the time. After a long trip away, Colin returns to London and spots Penelope...and there's so...

I inevitably enjoyed season 3 of the show more than *Romancing Mr. Bridgerton*, and here's my review of Bridgerton Season 3: https://medium.com/@niluferyozmekik/b...Wow! I am soooooooo pissed off right now! Since I devoured the streaming series, I got addicted to the Bridgerton madness like 63 million other households, and Penelope became my favorite character from the beginning. (Being an *Irish series Derry Girls* fan also affected my judgment because Nicola Coughlan is such a brilliant actres...

I will never recommend this series to anyone. I had such high hopes for *Romancing Mr. Bridgerton*, book four in the Bridgerton series by Julia Quinn, but once again, it was just a disappointment. This isn’t a love story; it’s just another toxic relationship, just like the previous books. I'm writing this review to warn other romance readers!
Colin Bridgerton has anger issues, just like Anthony and Benedict. He’s known as the fun Bridgerton, but there are moments when he doesn’t even recognize ...

I honestly thought I'd be giving "Romancing Mr. Bridgerton" by Julia Quinn a solid 5 stars, but it turned out to be the worst in the Bridgerton series so far. How did one of the wittiest Bridgerton brothers become such a complete bore? I seriously don't get where his personality went. It just vanished! The romance was utterly lacking. The chemistry was totally missing, and once Colin and Penelope finally got together, they somehow became even *more* boring. Plus, the plot was just plain irritatin...

Damn you, Colin Bridgerton, for getting my hopes up so high! You were amazing in the other Bridgerton books, and everyone kept saying, *Colin! He's the best!* So, naturally, I expected **Romancing Mr. Bridgerton** to be a total knockout. But you, my friend, are nothing but a **spoiled brat.** Yeah, I said it.\n\nOkay, that might have been a bit harsh, but **I'm so over romance readers hyping up mediocre men.** Penelope Featherington is a *total catch*, and just because Colin *finally* noticed he...

Not sure if it's the PMS or "Romancing Mr. Bridgerton" but I definitely shed a single, dramatic tear at the endI wasn't exactly thrilled to start this fourth book because the first three were just okay. However, Julia Quinn did a great job setting up the relationship in this one at the end of the last book, so I was a little more excited than I would have been. And honestly... this book did not disappoint! It's a childhood friends-to-lovers story. The hero and heroine weren't exactly best friends...

3.5 starsWhile I absolutely adored Penelope Featherington, Colin's character was a different story. Before diving into "Romancing Mr. Bridgerton" I was a big fan of Colin. I was really looking forward to his book. Maybe I built it up too much in my head. I'm not sure, but honestly, I didn't like Colin most of the time. He came across as a complete jerk a lot of the time. He was constantly losing his temper over nothing. It was a bit much. One minute he's perfectly fine, and the next he's being g...
