I didn't enjoy this one as much as the first, even though Prince Briar was the main draw for me. Still, if you're into impact play and bondage, Prince of Pain II by Julie Mannino delivers plenty of that. Definitely a book for those seeking something intense! Looking for more spicy book reviews? 2.5 stars. A bit rough, but I'm not too bothered. Honestly, "Prince of Pain II" by Julie Mannino wasn't my favorite read of the year. If you're looking for a brutally honest book review, here it is: it's okay. Not great, not terrible. Just… there. Maybe it'll click with someone else, but it didn't quite grab me. I'm moving on.

Thank goodness, this isn't just pure smut. I really appreciate the psychological depth and how Prince Briar approaches things. Things keep getting worse for Liam, which ultimately makes the story so much better because I'm constantly dying to know what happens next in "Prince of Pain II" by Julie Mannino. The bite-sized chapters also make it super easy to dive into. Definitely a great read if you are looking for a dark romance book review.
