I've been accused of being too generous with my star ratings, handing out too many 5-star reviews, and maybe that's true. I prefer to reward the good rather than dwell on the bad, so it says something when I can't bring myself to give this execrable offering even a single star. The plot isn't the worst thing about it—although the two threads, child murders and reincarnation, are very tenuously woven together. What makes it so awful is the dialogue. I guess I'm in the minority here because everyone seems to be raving about Anthony Hulse's *Forever and Ever*, but I really didn't think it was anything special. Honestly, if the author just skipped all the dialogue, the book would be better. The way people talk in this book is just… weird. It doesn't flow naturally at all. That being said, I did like some parts of the story, especially the present-day serial killer aspect. But all the mumbo jumbo about the past just spoiled it for me. I wouldn'...

Anthony HulseForever and Ever.I've read a few Anthony Hulse books, and *Forever and Ever* is right up there with his best. When children start disappearing, only to turn up dead with missing body parts, the police find themselves hunting a murderer with cannibalistic tendencies. This is a fast-paced story that truly has it all. From beginning to end, *Forever and Ever* completely captivated me. In typical Anthony Hulse fashion, he takes gruesome to a whole new level.Definitely a 5-star read! If y...

I really enjoyed "Forever and Ever" by Anthony Hulse, even though it's not the kind of book I usually pick up. The plot is really well thought-out, and the chapters make it a super easy read. I especially liked the main character and honestly, I wish her experiences had been explored in more detail, since they were the heart of the story. Still, there are enough twists and turns to keep you guessing until the very end. I'd definitely recommend "Forever and Ever" for a relaxing weekend or holiday...
