Are you also a die-hard fan of the Netflix series *Anne with an E*? And have you been pouting since the day you heard about its cancellation? If the answer is no, that’s a shame – you missed out on an epic visual feast! Especially the teen romance between Anne and Gilbert is guaranteed to warm your heart and put a smile on your face. But before you re-watch it, if you want to revisit the joy, innocence, naivety, and beauty of childhood, just grab **Anne of Green Gables** and meet orphan Anne Shi...

"OH, Marilla""Fancy. It’s always been one of my dreams to live near a brook. I never expected I would, though. Dreams don’t often come true, do they?""It’s been my experience that you can nearly always enjoy things if you make up your mind firmly that you will."Anne of Green Gables will always have a very special place in my memory, for it offered one of the loveliest, most wonderful stories I've ever read. This is something you could keep on reading forever without tiring or losing interest. I ...

Yo, Anne of Green Gables has absolutely no chill. She's practically a non-stop talking machine, but honestly, I'm not complaining at all. Montgomery really created a character for the ages.

How do you even review a book that transcends books?https://emmareadstoomuch.wordpress.co...You ever love a book so much it doesn’t even feel like a book? You're so immersed, and reading is so effortless, that you don’t feel like you’re reading at all? The characters are real enough to be people, and their problems and happinesses feel like they’re happening to you? That was me with L.M. Montgomery's *Anne of Green Gables*.Which is all well and good until it comes down to reviewing it. Basically,...

"Dear old world," she murmured, "you are very lovely and I am glad to be alive in you."This quote perfectly captures how Anne lives her life and why you can't help but adore her. She's headstrong and messes up sometimes, but she also has a wildly creative imagination and sees the world as beautiful and brimming with potential.I absolutely loved *Anne of Green Gables* and I'm kicking myself for not reading it sooner! I love all the characters and the storyline, and it's such a joy to watch Anne g...

I don't often give books five stars, and as I neared the end of *Anne of Green Gables* by L.M. Montgomery, I really considered how many stars it deserved. I read the *Anne of Green Gables* series once before – over twenty years ago. Despite the time that's passed, I clearly remember reading the last book in the series very slowly, thinking, "I'll be so sad when I can't read about Anne anymore." When I picked up *Anne of Green Gables* a few days ago to reread it, within a few chapters, it was lik...

I will never forgive Netflix for cancelling Anne with an E. Seriously, never.
