Invincible after death, but in Warhammer 40K
Synopsis
Imagine waking up in the grim darkness of the far future, armed with nothing but a lasgun and the unsettling feeling that you're playing a very different game than everyone else. In *Invincible after death, but in Warhammer 40K*, dimensional traveler Zhang Ge finds himself reborn as a lowly Imperial Guardsman on the war-torn world of Sentinel. His initial plan? To die quickly and unlock the secrets of his high-dimensional origins. After all, in the meat grinder of the 41st millennium, what could be easier than a heroic sacrifice?
But fate, it seems, has other plans. When even touching his lasgun causes its machine spirit to purr, and a casual peek over the trench results in a heretical bloodbath, Zhang Ge begins to suspect his quest for oblivion might be…complicated. Surviving an artillery strike that obliterates his entire platoon only cements the feeling.
This isn't just another grimdark tale of survival. SHERRY weaves a darkly humorous narrative where the protagonist's desire for death clashes hilariously with his improbable knack for survival. Expect a compelling blend of classic Warhammer 40K action with a subversive twist. Will Zhang Ge ever find the sweet release of death, or is he destined to become an unlikely hero in a galaxy desperately short on them? Dive in and find out.
