This was one of my first tries with mm fantasy romance, and I enjoyed it very much. The world was very interesting, and I always tend to love both dragons and fae, but the politics in loved were really well written too. The plot is great, and very captivating, and the romance between Eroan and Lysander is beautiful, yearning and spicy. I will definitely check out more from this author in the future.

This is the best series I’ve read so far! It’s thrilling and intriguing; the characters draw you in. I look forward to reading more of Ariana Nash’s books and if they are as good as these ones hen I’m in for a treat!! ♥️

Take the author at their word, it's darker than a typical romance. But the MC's and story grabbed me from the beginning. The first 3 books are about the same MC's and must be read in order. The last book is about a secondary MC and should also be read in order but could possibly be read stand-alone, maybe?

One of the best series evaaaaaa

Enjoyable fantasy romance, set in a well constructed world with likable characters.

This review is for the first three books untill I finish the fourth. This was...intense. I don't think I have seen a better example of how bigotry and willful ignorance can wreak havok on an entire civilization. The author doesn't have to use the terms misogyny, homophobia, or racism to clearly show how destructive blind hate can be.
