Scythe in hand, I guide lost souls to their deliverance—and now, it’s time for a...

Not that bad but nothing really happened until the end of the book. When you think of an RH book, Reaper's Pack is pretty tame compared to others I've read. Things were definitely a slow burn with the reaper and her hellhounds. Of course, they flirted around one another until things just became to hot and bothered for them all. That being said, I liked everyone. This book didn't really dish out too much drama and I only really dislike one douchebag throughout the entire book. Yes, they pushed and...

3.5 StarsThis was a pleasant surprise and was very enjoyable. It’s a reverse harem paranormal romance and had such an interesting storyline that captured my attention easily. Hazel is a reaper a former human now tasked with escorting humans to their afterlife. As part of her recent promotion, she’s tasked with choosing and training a hellhound pack to assist her in her job.Felling an instant connection with a pack of three misfits Hazels wants nothing more than to be accepted by them. But this p...

This is a really good read for fans of Grim Reapers, Hellhounds or Shifters in general! It’s been top of my “Kindle recommendations” for a while now and it just goes to show you, sometimes it’s worth trying those recs.. maybe my kindle knows me better than I do! Loved that it was standalone and it was perfect just as that. It revolves more around the love story and Hazel (The Reaper) gaining the trust of the pack and trusting them in return. Not a lot of reaping but what was there was well done....

I've been going through a phase where I want to read more standalone RH. When I fell upon this, I started it immediately and had 0 regrets. This book is a good length for the build up of the relationship with all the guys. It could be wordy at times, but the story and relationships progressed at a great (slower) speed for me. The story felt pretty unique too because she's the one with the power and in charge for once, but she treats them as equals. They're the abused ones who she helps. Really fe...

This book has such a great premise, and really stood out as something original when I read the synopsis. How many other reverse harem books are there about grim reapers and hellhounds? The characters are all adults, and it’s a standalone which is a nice change of pace. I really wanted to love it, but unfortunately I did not. It’s a long, drawn out, slow burn and I was bored long before the half-way mark. Our heroine is Hazel, a nurse who was killed during WWII and went to heaven. Ten years ago sh...

This was a pretty good, if slightly too long read. The best thing about it was the way the author took the time to properly build the relationships with depth, something frequently lacking in RH, particularly in a stand alone, so that impressed me. However, there wasn't really much of a plot beyond that. I mean there was, it just wasn't the focus and didn't hold my interest. I was fine with that though, because what did hold my interest was the characters. This a good, solid, RH read and I would r...

4ish, I went back and forth but I'm leaving it as a 4The reason why is because there were 3 star moments, 4 star moments and 5 star moments. Some of the threes, happened to be some verbose language in areas where it was just a little too much. This is mostly seen in the very beginning, especially with the descriptions of the main character in a worshipful manner. Which is fine, you see it all the time. In this case it was just a bit much. Another one was the length felt a little long and I felt ...

A little long for me, slow and sweet. The main theme is getting to know the hell hounds and building relationships, with a stalker in the background. The culprit was a little abrupt but I liked how everything played out. Multiple POV, plenty of sex and a lot of emotion. Nice and smooth standalone. Don’t have a favourite character, as they all have their moments. Favourite part was the pizza.

Overall: 5/5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Steam: 🔥🔥🔥🔥Feels: 🥺😬😢😏😱🥰~REVIEW🖋~The Quick and Dirty: WWII nurse dies and is chosen to be a Reaper. She selects 3 hell hounds to train as her companions in guiding souls to the afterlife, thinking the only challenge is gaining their trust when really, their lives depend on whether or not they can secure their bond.I absolutely loved this debut by Rhea Watson (although she writes under another pen name that I love just as much). I read this book knowing that there wer...
