Interesting take on a known tale

Very well written and engaging. So this is essentially a well known tale with a more modern (and adult) take on it. Don’t show this version to your kids.
Five stars, highly recommend

Cute and fluffy. Loved it, especially the church scene with Wren when they hide and pretend to be "God" to fool the Pastor. That had me rolling.

Interesting

Reminded me of the original Pied Piper story although in the original story sticks didn't go into holes.
I enjoyed it especially the Prior's stupidity.
He got rid of the cats but blame a curse for having too many rats.

Interesting MM Tale of the Pied Piper“So, they. I got it.” They kissed his neck. “Thank you. If you speak of me to someone else, you can use he only to avoid questions. I don’t want you being hounded because I don’t think the others will get it.” “All right.” If that was what they wanted, Aiden could do it. It seemed like basic respect, and it wasn’t that hard anyway.Julie Mannino creates a fantasy story that begins with a young man living on his own. When a mysterious, and breathtaking piper vi...

What a cute couple! I loved seeing a nonbinary character! This author always surprises me with how stuff works out, and how Aiden got a certain thing he needed.
I feel like we need a story about Hel (such a daddies girl😆 and you can tell Loki has a hard time saying no.)

🤩 I loved this pairing. They fit like two puzzle pieces. I could just picture Wren and their flute, and the tats! I think this one the best out of fairytale so far. It also makes more sense since the original Pied piper had a weird ending. They go into a mountain and do what? Die? Live there? Since kidnapping a bunch of kids FOREVER over some money is a bit extreme. The Piper worked out better. I think my favorite part was Wren was behind the cross, and during the deal. That was beyond clever, ...

My favorite so far. Wren was so sweet, and I loved the bit with loki and his kids on vacay. The deal made me laugh because Hel is kinda of a cold bish (like I imagined anyway since she rules dead people), but she's got some soft bits. Love the inclusion and how Wren was honest about things when they were going around.
