3.75 🌟 Excuse me, but what in the actual FUCK did I just read? I need the next book ASAP because I am left with so many questions. I devoured this thing, seriously!

That EPILOGUE?! Are you KIDDING me?!?!

I need Julian and Jodi to get together immediately, thank you very much! Seriously, Julie Soto's *The Elite* has me hooked! Looking for my next favorite romance novel and this might be it! Someone get me book two!

OMG!!! You were so right about everything, bestieee Krisha, especially about how much I'd love it 🤭🩷 I totally did, and guess what?? Chatting with you about it made it even better 🤭🥹I'm kind of a mess after that ending 😭😭 I was hoping for a reunion, but wow… that epilogue just completely blindsided me 😭 Those surprise endings that hit you hard but make you wanna scream "WHAT?!?!?" are the best kind of torture!Seriously, you can’t trust anyone in "The Elite" by Julie Soto 😭 Thank God you ...

This book, The Elite by Julie Soto, was truly captivating. Each chapter left me wanting more, but it did fall short on various aspects, especially with the plot holes. But given how much this book helped me out of my reading slump, I'm going easy with the ratings and this review. To start off with the brighter side, the plotline was very addictive. For Julie Soto's debut YA thriller, she truly nailed it. The Elite includes a murder mystery, suspense, fake friendships that will only increase you...

₊˚⊹⋆ 📓 Pre-read ⤿ Started August 14 • Stopped August 25Soft DNF at 32%. Just couldn't get into it. I'm bored, but I'm holding onto a sliver of hope that the plot might grab me another day.••••••••••••Looks like I've hit another reading slump 💔. Trying to shake things up by switching genres to see if it helps (I just bought 7 books on a whim, so it better work!). Maybe **The Elite** by Julie Soto will be the one to pull me out? I'll post a full book review when I'm done (hopefully!). Looking fo...

I really wanted to love "The Elite" by Julie Soto, but ultimately, it just didn't make sense. This book left me utterly perplexed and frustrated. I had high hopes for it, thinking I would be entertained throughout, especially after a promising start. Initially, I enjoyed the unfolding story, but as I delved deeper into the lives of Emily and the group, it all began to unravel in a disheartening manner. If you're looking for a new book review, maybe skip this one. One of the most bewildering asp...

Why are YA thrillers so much more exciting than adult thrillers?? 🤭 If you pick up any thriller this summer, make it this one. ╔════what to expect════╗ ➺ YA thriller with a high school setting revolving around a popular group of kids known as “The Thrashers” and the dramatic death of their… acquaintance/friend/classmate that they didn’t necessarily like very much 👀 ➺ Cliques and drama (reminded me of why I do not miss high school lol) ➺ A bit of a paranormal aspect ➺ Slight romance subplot ...

I'm so glad my high school experience was relatively normal compared to what's in *The Elite* by Julie Soto.

Me after reading that epilogue: 😟🔫

4.25 Stars! This was my first book by Julie Soto, and it did not disappoint. I've been struggling to find a good ARC lately, but this one really hit the spot. It was easy to follow, and I loved how smoothly everything flowed. The writing created this intriguing sense of suspense that completely hooked me. I read **The Elite** on my phone, and usually it's harder for me to concentrate and takes longer to finish, but not with this book! The pacing was perfect, and every chapter ended in a way that ...

Julie Soto, this is my official request for a 400-page romance novel with Jodi Dillon and Julian Hollister! 💕 Anyway, "The Elite" was SO good?! I've been in a reading slump for a month now, and "The Elite" pulled me right out of it!! Seriously, I couldn't put this book down; I devoured it in two sittings. The suspense? Amazing! The story? Loved it! The characters? So well-written!!! THE EPILOGUE? My jaw dropped, and I was mad as hell because I need more, hello?! My favorite thing about this b...

➸ 3.75/5 starsFor once, I'm keeping this review short and sweet. To be completely honest, I didn’t expect to enjoy "The Elite" by Julie Soto as much as I did, but it turned out to be such a fun ride, especially as my first Julie Soto book. I’ve heard a lot about her popular romance books, so I went into this one 100% blind, expecting something similar… only to realize it was actually a thriller. And let me tell you, that was a surprise in the best way possible! This is her first YA thriller, and ...
