Wow, *Terror Project* was intense and raw! I love going into a book not knowing what to expect, and this definitely wasn't it. Easy to read, though it took me forever to finish because I have three kids and I'm also dealing with school myself. It's a smart and interesting mix of spy thriller, crime mystery, and gritty street life. I wouldn't advise reading it aloud to your kids, but I seriously couldn't put *Terror Project* down. Jamal Lewis hooked me in completely, and I really hope he writes m...

Not my cup of tea. Absolutely terrifying. Incredibly bloody. Gang members killing each other left and right. The storyline itself was well-crafted. I just couldn't get invested in the story. David Sotolongo did a great job narrating. I received a free copy of Terror Project from the narrator, author, or publisher in exchange for an honest review. If you're looking for a truly terrifying book, Terror Project by Jamal Lewis might be for you.

Disclaimer.I requested and received the audiobook version of *Terror Project* for free from the publisher in exchange for an unbiased review. What I liked about the book -This book was intense, keeping me on edge the entire time. Jamal Lewis's story packs a serious punch and doesn't pull any punches. It's a very well-written story, full of violence and non-stop action. The characters are also exceptionally well-written and feel incredibly real, with layers that blur the lines between good and bad...

Terror Project - Warning: this book contains very strong language, and a lot of it. But it's the language of the streets, so if you can get past the colorful vocabulary, what you'll find is a pure 5-star thriller. The storyline is gripping, and Jamal Lewis's writing is excellent.
It keeps you wanting to read or listen. This is my first experience with this author's work, and I'll definitely be on the lookout for more. The narration is also excellent and adds so much to the enjoyment of Terror P...

(Disclaimer: I received a copy from the publisher. This does not affect my review in any way.)Review: I'm surprised I enjoyed **Terror Project** by Jamal Lewis. I don't usually go for gangster-type books. I did find it a little hard to follow some of the dialogue, but that's more to do with my dyslexia than anything else. The sex, drug use, and violence are pretty detailed, so be aware of that if it might be a trigger for you.I really liked how the plot kept twisting and turning. You thought it ...

Jamal,
I'm trying to reach you, but I never actually received "Terror Project"! I take my Goodreads membership and reviewing books very seriously. I ALWAYS post a review for a book I've received and read. I accidentally clicked the 'received book' button (it used to toggle between received/not received, and it doesn't seem to do that anymore). I'd still love to read "Terror Project" by Jamal Lewis and write a review if that's possible. I would never receive a book and not review it; I think tha...

Jamal Lewis's "Terror Project" is a profoundly deep book about the realities of urban life in Philadelphia. But things get twisted when an FBI agent infiltrates the community, masquerading as just another hoodlum adding to the terror. This novel is packed with guns, robberies, drugs, and pure, unadulterated mayhem. If you're looking for gritty urban fiction, "Terror Project" delivers a raw and unflinching look at the streets. Definitely a must-read for fans of crime thrillers and suspenseful rea...

This book is fire. Straight heat for anyone who loves a good crime thriller. Jamal Lewis can seriously write, and the storyline in Terror Project felt surprisingly fresh. It's got that urban edge, but the way he weaves in the FBI investigation really cranks up the suspense. That’s what makes Terror Project stand out from the crowd. Lewis's skill in showing what the investigators are doing and how they're closing in on the criminals is seriously gripping. It's like Law & Order, but you also get t...

People are saying street lit is dead, that everything in the genre is just a rehash. Maybe that's true, but it doesn't matter here, because *Terror Project* is a straight-up crime thriller, a cut above typical street fiction. The story follows Lamar and his crew as they're shooting, robbing, and slinging drugs. Sounds familiar, right? But here's the catch: an undercover agent has moved into their housing project, meticulously documenting everything they do. This agent isn't just reporting back to...
