Like pretty much everyone else, I've seen "It's a Wonderful Life" dozens of times. Even so, this novelization of the movie really illuminated the plot for me and explained some parts that I'd missed or misunderstood. The minor characters, like Violet and Sam Wainwright, feel a bit more fleshed out in the novel. I'll be honest, I've never been *that* moved by the film, but M.C. Bolin's novel was surprisingly moving to me. Definitely a great read for fans of feel-good stories and classic movies!

My mom gave me "It's a Wonderful Life" by M.C. Bolin about 20 years ago. She knew the movie was my absolute favorite and that Jimmy Stewart was my all-time favorite actor. I finally got around to reading it, and it's basically the movie script in book form, which is pretty cool! If you're looking for good movie adaptation books, especially a heartwarming Christmas classic, definitely check out "It's a Wonderful Life".

It's almost a word-for-word novelization of the movie *It's a Wonderful Life* by M.C. Bolin. There are just a few extra thoughts sprinkled in – offering each character's perspective – and a handful of lines that might have been inaudible or easily missed while watching the film. If you're looking for a quick and easy way to relive the magic, this book review is for you.

This book is adapted directly from the movie, which is a bit of an odd concept. However, I felt like I was right there, watching each scene unfold. Having seen "It's a Wonderful Life" more times than I can count, from childhood until now, I've practically memorized the dialogue. It was my dad's all-time favorite film. Too many emotions and sweet memories are wrapped up in this reading for me to give it anything less than five stars. Objectivity is just not possible here. Life *is* wonderful! If ...

OMG, "It's a Wonderful Life" by M.C. Bolin was absolutely AMAZING!! ❤️ I wholeheartedly recommend it, even if you've seen the movie a million times!! This book was written to celebrate the film's 50th anniversary, so it's super faithful to the movie, but with way more descriptive details, which I totally loved! The perfect Christmas book review? I’ll never get tired of this heartwarming story!! ❤️ If you are looking for good Christmas books, look no further!

As possibly one of the few people in the English-speaking world who hasn't seen *It's a Wonderful Life*, I thought I'd give the 50th anniversary book a quick read. I'm really glad I did. The characters were well-developed and the story was believable. And have truer words ever been spoken than these...? "No man is a failure who has friends." The beautiful moral of M.C. Bolin's *It's a Wonderful Life* – and one we should all take to heart – is that the richest among us don't have the most mone...
