2.5 ⭐️ Okay, look, to everyone who adores *Dire Bound: Wolves of Ruin*, I’m so sorry (look away) - I’m genuinely happy for you, but also so sad for me 😭 Where do I even begin? First off, the pacing was just…off. There were moments early on where I felt totally engaged and was having a blast, but then it would suddenly become really dull and boring. It never really picked back up until the very end.Overall, I think *Dire Bound: Wolves of Ruin* is seriously underwhelming and overhyped. It's also ...

4.25⭐️ I totally get why some people think this book is similar to other popular romantasy stories, BUT I had an absolute blast reading "Dire Bound: Wolves of Ruin" teehee. Definitely a fun fantasy book!

OMG, this was SO MUCH FUNNNNN! I'm genuinely shocked at how a somewhat predictable book, with plot twists I saw coming a mile away, still managed to completely pull me in and blow my mind by the end. And yeah, it definitely feels inspired by a TON of popular romantasy books. But honestly, at the end of the day, *Dire Bound: Wolves of Ruin* by Sable Sorensen manages to stand on its own. Talk about nailing the execution. *insert impressed whistling* It's got action, romance, spice, angst, betrayal...

FIVE STARS 🌟 Wow, I don’t even know where to begin?! This is absolutely going down as one of my favorite reads of the year! So many moments in "Dire Bound: Wolves of Ruin" gave me full-body chills. DIRE WOLVES? BONDING TRIAL? MATE BONDS? FORCED PROXIMITY? DARK/GRUMPY/MEAN MMC?? Honestly, what more could I ask for? The world-building was fantastic, and I feel like Sable Sorensen gave us the perfect amount of information throughout to keep it engaging and easy to follow. I am completely obsessed ...

The more I think about *Dire Bound: Wolves of Ruin* by Sable Sorensen, the less I like it... 2.5 stars.Okay... I'm going to try my best to put my thoughts together, but this book has my brain all over the place, so I apologize in advance.Overall, *Dire Bound: Wolves of Ruin* wasn't anything special to me; average is the best word to describe it. It took me a while to get into, and the pacing was really slow. But then there would be scenes that really sucked me in, and then I'd get bored again. T...

If someone asks me what my favorite kind of book to read is, the answer is: *this*. Sable Sorensen's *Dire Bound: Wolves of Ruin* is such a well-written indie fantasy romance that it's unlike anything else I’ve read. It's completely in its own league. I’m absolutely OBSESSED with the plot, characters, and setting. The pacing is perfect; it was so hard to put *Dire Bound: Wolves of Ruin* down. It constantly builds up to really fun plot reveals and twists. There is just so much about this book tha...

5 STARS!!!!"Make me your instrument of vengeance. Let my hands act out your every savage depraved thought. Use me. I'm yours."Oh my god, this was amazing, and then it got EVEN BETTER??? I need an exorcism; my head is going to explode. If you want a quick "what's this about," basically, our FMC is a street fighter, and when her sister gets taken by the opposing kingdom, she realizes the only way to get her sister back is to join the army and go to the front lines so that she can find her. Problem...

Oh my God. *Fourth Wing*, but make it Wish. I just can't even. (Especially not with all those five-star ARC reviews for *Dire Bound: Wolves of Ruin* by Sable Sorensen.) This is one book review where I'm seriously questioning the hype. Is *Dire Bound: Wolves of Ruin* worth the read? Honestly, probably not.
