2.5 ⭐️Honestly, I think Pen should have been the main character, considering how much she was in this book or at least mentioned! 😀Things I actually liked: Ali Hazelwood's writing style, the open and honest talk about what the characters were into intimately, the diving competitions (though I swear, if I read "inward dive" one more time, I was going to scream - had to Google a video!), her roommate Maryam (she deserved way more screen time), and...yup, that's about it.I think there were just TO...

Time of death: page 222. DNFing after the THIRD time he licked her tears away (during sex, no less)… which is, like, three times too many. Got the ick so many times, I'm tapping out. ✌🏻 And no, this isn't kinky. (That’s not even why I gave it one star, btw. Just an observation.) Boring and annoying in every way – the characters, the sex, and the plot of Ali Hazelwood's *Deep End*.

Rating this book was tough! I was seriously torn. There was so much to love about "Deep End" by Ali Hazelwood, but some parts just didn't quite click for me. What I adored: Lukas and Scarlett! Seriously, I was completely hooked on everything about their relationship. The chemistry was electric, their personalities were fantastic, and I loved getting a glimpse into the world of competitive swimming and diving. Total swoon-worthy vibes! What I didn't adore: It took me a little while to really ge...

Oh no. Oh no no no no no. Guys, I'm so sorry, I absolutely hated this with every fiber of my being. And you know what… that's on me for being incapable of DNFing (Did Not Finish). I genuinely cannot think of a single thing I liked about Ali Hazelwood's Deep End, and I think at the end of the day, her books just aren't for me, and that's OKAY! Now, first things first, I personally didn't think Deep End was "kinky" at all. I actually found the spice to be very mild. HOWEVER!!!!! That's not why I d...

I'm still trying to figure out what all the fuss is about with Ali Hazelwood's *Deep End*. Where's the spice? I keep hearing about how *Deep End* is supposed to be pushing boundaries, but honestly, I'm left wondering where the supposed kink is hiding. Maybe I missed something? This book review might be short, but my confusion is vast.

2 stars Well, I can officially say I gave Ali Hazelwood a try, and I’m pissed I wasted my time. I went in expecting romance with spice, but all I got was way too much spice and unconvincing romance. Seriously, I don’t even know what to call this mess. No emotional depth, no chemistry, just endless kink talk with nothing real behind it. I knew I was going to hate this book within the first 5%, but did I stop? Nope. Because apparently, I enjoy torturing myself.Scarlett, the FMC, is supposed to be ...

My favorite of Ali Hazelwood’s books, and I don’t say that lightly. WHEW. "Deep End" is seriously my favorite! This is coming from someone who loves all her books, so that’s saying something. If you're looking for a great beach read or just an amazing romance, pick up "Deep End"!

Post-read thoughts: Cleanup on aisle MEEEEEE. This book was a real panty-soaker. Grab a bucket and a mop. Set up the wet floor sign. "Deep End" by Ali Hazelwood will leave you needing a change of clothes! Looking for steamy romance book reviews? Look no further!

I... I c-can't do it.

Can someone tell me which chapter all the characters drown in the *Deep End* and die? I need to know when Ali Hazelwood's *Deep End* takes a dark turn.

3 whet stars! *In Wendy Williams' voice*Ali Hazelwood just dropped her new book, and you KNOW I've got thoughts. With her last few releases, Ali Hazelwood's become a real hit-or-miss author for me. I love four of her books, but I also really hate four of them. So, yeah, I was going in skeptical, but I was so pleasantly surprised by *Deep End*! It felt fresh and exactly what I needed. Totally addictive too – I devoured it in 24 hours and had a blast reading. *Deep End* was fast-paced and grippi...
