I absolutely adored the first book, but Bonds of Hercules: A Mythic Villain Romance just didn't quite land for me, you know? I'm wondering if maybe it just wasn't the right moment for me to dive in. I still found myself chuckling and I was definitely intrigued enough to keep turning the pages, but it just didn't pack the punch I was anticipating. For more romance book reviews, keep following!

\"She was divine. She was my wife. She was my other soul.\"What a ride! So easy to binge and seriously fun, though not quite as perfect as the first book. The more I think about it, the more flaws I see, but my rating is really based on how much I enjoyed myself. The vibes were amazing, and I pretty much inhaled the whole thing. 🤷♀️I think the pacing could have been handled better. It felt a bit too fast for me. Some of the important conversations and action scenes felt rushed. Like, the chara...

Okay, seriously, what the actual hell was that? Genuinely one of the worst books I've ever had the displeasure of reading. Though, I will give it points for the most anticlimactic sex scene in the history of literature. After two whole books, and probably close to a thousand pages of all the male leads acting like they're going to unleash some seriously filthy and depraved acts, the payoff is—two pages of the most vanilla sex imaginable where everyone has an orgasm and then they're all like, 'Wo...

Over-hyped, under-developed, and completely mis-marketed. You'd expect a traditionally published book to have gone through decent editing, right? But this? This had repetitive sentences, word for word, in the *same* paragraph. Seriously? Is the reverse harem element even *in* the room with us? Because it felt completely absent. The plot took a nosedive in the second book, straight into incomprehensible territory. And the characters? They somehow became *even* more two-dimensional. I'm not sure how...

Jasmine Mas did Patroclus and Achilles so dirty in "Bonds of Hercules: A Mythic Villain Romance". Seriously, what was that?

I've been hyped for Bonds of Hercules: A Mythic Villain Romance for months. What a letdown! It feels like a cash grab, capitalizing on the series' TikTok fame. So bummed :( What was the point of all those POVs from Achilles and Patro in the first book if that was going to be the ending??????? Seriously, as far as romance book reviews go, this one's a thumbs down.

Alexis is so lucky😭 I, too, want to be worshipped by two hot professors😭 Alexis was also fantastic here; she showed so much growth from book 1 and was such a badass! Nyx was hilar...

I really wish authors would just release entire series all at once, because my patience is non-existent when I have to wait for a new book. I swear, I check if there's a new release of Bonds of Hercules: A Mythic Villain Romance like five times a week, even though the release date is clearly posted. Jasmine Mas really knows how to keep us hooked!

The fact that I always devour Jasmine Mas's books way too quickly. What do you mean I have to wait almost a whole year for the next installment of Bonds of Hercules: A Mythic Villain Romance? Why on earth did I binge-read the first book so fast? How does someone even write books this incredible? Jasmine Mas, you've gained a major fan in me.
