So far, the best and also the most preposterous installment. I'm very curious to see what comes next! It's technically for younger readers, but I'm thoroughly entertained! If you're looking for a fun action-packed book, Anthony Horowitz's "Ark Angel (Alex Rider, Book 6)" is a great choice. I highly recommend it for anyone who enjoys thrilling young adult book reviews.

Overall Rating : B-"Sometimes it's the tiniest things that can mean the difference between life and death. Now two words were going to drag him back into the world he though he'd left behind. 'Let's go.'"My middle-grade self was so relieved that *Ark Angel (Alex Rider, Book 6)* came out after that gut-wrenching ending in *Scorpia*. Honestly, I needed it!Rereading the series now, it feels a bit like a desperate move to keep a popular series going. But hey, I'm not really the target audience anymo...

Anthony Horowitz delivers again with *Ark Angel (Alex Rider, Book 6)*. This quote perfectly encapsulates the high-stakes world Alex Rider constantly navigates. Horowitz masterfully crafts suspense, reminding us that in espionage, even a small detail can have huge consequences. We're disappointed but not surprised that we're still on the 'evil people have something physically wrong with them' train. I'm not going to spend ages talking about this, because if you've read all the reviews so far you'll be sick of me complaining about this – but disfigurement/unconventional appearances doesn't make people 'a freak' or 'hideous' and saying that just makes you a jerk 🙃 This one wasn't as bad as other entries in the series, but I'm already partway through the next book at the...

Here's my ranking of the best Alex Rider novels:1- Ark Angel (Alex Rider, Book 6): Since Moonraker in 1979, sending spies to space felt like a no-go. But in the sixth Alex Rider book, Anthony Horowitz makes it sensational to read and even more fantastic to imagine. Major thumbs up, it's the best!2- Point Blanc: An ingenious plot. Cloning could easily be overlooked, but it's pitched perfectly in this book. Especially the fight at the end, absolute gold!3- Scorpia Rising: The last book in the seri...

In Anthony Horowitz's *Ark Angel (Alex Rider, Book 6)*, we follow a 14-year-old English schoolboy. He's recruited by MI6, the British equivalent of the CIA. The story feels like two separate narratives woven into one compelling plot. Like all the books in the Alex Rider series, this one's set in London. Alex, our main character, usually starts off getting into trouble. By the middle, things seem to be okay, but in the last 40 pages, he’s almost always in a life-or-death situation. My favorite pa...
