Does anyone on Earth actually need my review of this book?I mean... *And Then There Were None* is probably the most well-known mystery of all time that *wasn't* at some point adapted into a BBC miniseries starring a Slenderman-like monstrous human who haunts my nightmares.Either you've already read it, or you're never going to.If you somehow exist in the in-between, here you go: This is a good and satisfying story, and it's fun. Perfect for anyone looking for classic mystery books! That's all the...

I want to start off by saying if I had been alive in 1939 and read this when it was first published, I would have given this 5 stars. Without a doubt. There's a reason Agatha Christie's *And Then There Were None* is one of the best-selling books of all time – the concept paved the way for the 'whodunnit' mysteries we love today. I would have been completely riveted by the story. That being said, because the influence of *And Then There Were None* is so far-reaching, it didn't feel particularly ne...

There's precious little comfort to be found within these pages; only an indelible, arcane horror. *And Then There Were None* wormed its way into the darkest corner of my mind and made itself at home. The questions it poses, the implications it conceals, are soul-curdling and unforgettable. In short, I enjoyed Agatha Christie's *And Then There Were None*, but it's not exactly an experience I'm keen on revisiting.**In Agatha Christie's nightmarish novel, ten people are summoned as house guests to ...

They say doing the same thing repeatedly and expecting a different outcome is the definition of madness, according to Einstein. Well, let me tell you: I'm rereading "And Then There Were None" by Agatha Christie for the tenth time, and honestly, it just gets better with each read. I pick up on new nuances, even shift my perspective on some of the characters. It's like a fine wine, improving with age! So, if loving this book over and over again makes me crazy, then I'll gladly embrace that as part...

And Then There Were None is one of Agatha Christie's most celebrated mystery novels, and purportedly one of the most difficult for her to write. I don't dislike this book. It seems to be a favorite among many, but it's very middle of the road for me as far as mystery/thriller books go. If you're looking for a gripping page-turner, this might not be it. The Good: I enjoy the setup & how this mystery is structured. It's fun & easy to engage with in a "Gee, I sure am glad I'm not in their...

I must admit, a certain narrow-mindedness prevented me from entering the world of Agatha Christie for a long time. Since I was young, I wasn't impressed by the covers of her stories translated into Arabic. Knowing that my father watched her movies and my mother read her novels since childhood made me feel that the mystery in these stories was "old-fashioned" and that the puzzles would be obvious to me. Not to mention the saying, "The butler did it, like in Agatha Christie stories," made me skep...

5 stars for Agatha Christie's *And Then There Were None*. This is the book that sparked my absolute obsession with the mystery genre. I was hooked and must have devoured it 3 or 4 times in a single year. Between the chilling nursery rhyme, the isolated island setting, the killer plot twist, the ticking clock suspense, and the sheer, nail-biting tension... it just doesn't get any better than *And Then There Were None*. **Story** Ten strangers each receive a cryptic invitation from an unknown hos...

I'm a huge Agatha Christie fan; she's written some truly fantastic murder mysteries, and her stories never get old. But **And Then There Were None** is the one that always comes out on top for me. It partly, and quite amusingly, reminds me of those old American murder mystery shows, like something you’d see on Sunset Beach. Basically, a group of people are isolated on an island, and someone is killing them off one by one according to the "Ten Little Indians" rhyme. And I swear, I never saw it c...

This captivating mystery novel, And Then There Were None, is fundamentally about the execution of long-overdue justice, wouldn't you agree? At least, that’s the conviction of the mastermind behind it all. But the real question is this: **who possesses the authority to define justice?** And who gets to determine the appropriate punishment for a crime? Is perceived justice, regardless of the cost, the ultimate objective, or merely the futile obsession of a maniac? In essence, what truly constitut...

The story goes a bit like this: 10 strangers each get invitations from *someone* they *think* they know to stay on an island resort. Hells yeah! Sunshine & sea air! Well, *resort* is a bit of a misnomer. It's really a big house on an island. Still, it's famous for being a party place, and nobody in the group turns it down. **BIG MISTAKE.** Almost as soon as everyone is gathered together, a recorded voice booms out through the walls and accuses each of them of being a murderer. And not just.....
