Kristy Cunning always loves a good laugh, and lives and breathes the emotions of the characters she becomes attached to.Though she came from a family of musicians, she has zero abilities with instruments; she sounds like a strangled cat when she sings; and her dancing is downright embarrassing. Just ask anyone who know...

People were right. This book is very camp. See that hideous cover? It adds to the charm.I'm gonna say something controversial though: I hate Anna. (She's the ghost sidekick)I know she's the crowd's favorite and most people love this book because of her but I cannot stand her. She's not funny to me, just annoying.I love the fmc, Violet, though. She doesn't get on my nerves. But the thing that really put this book up there is the dudes and their "friendship".
“I didn’t come here to talk about yo...

I’ve been wanting to read this other Kristy Cunning series after reading and loving the Dark Side series from her! So many people told me I had to read this reverse harem series so I finally did for the PNR Readathon.I really liked this first book but it wasn’t an instant love like it was for Four Psychos. We have a gypsy heroine whose family line holds magical powers and our heroine Violet can see ghosts. She grew up isolated with her mom and has no idea that monsters besides herself exist. Whe...

First off, I really don't think the audiobook is the way to go with this one. The male narrator didn't really differentiate his voice that well for each guy, so it was hard to remember which of the three men were talking when the male narrator was speaking. The book started out fine. Violet's mother dies and she spends time trying to understand secrets and the people around her. The world building, though, was really slow and it really felt like this book was just an introduction to when the sto...

Gotta be honest, I was expecting full on monster smut... What I got was a slowburning, worldbuilding, plot featuring hot alpha monsters , where a gypsy girl moves to small town to find out that every myth… is real. And now they won’t leave her alone Violet I’m gonna be honest she was pretty damn naive, and I’m little concerned whether the bitch has any survival skills Being a Portocale gypsy, she has special blood that enables her to see ghosts and interact with all the monsters of the world...

Okay so i have been obsessing over reverse harem books for a few days now and i really didnt like the books i read but this one.... holy shit! It’s seriously nothing like I expected to be or i ever read before, this book is a combination of romance, suspense, paranormal activities, supernatural creatures, mystery and hilarious side characters. I thought Violet who is the heroine ll get a insta love story and fuck the guys like bunnies but NOOOO. She is a gypsy who has no idea about the dangers l...

So I'm a bit of an idiot and I downloaded a bunch of books after taking some muscle relaxers for my back spasms and when I woke up, I found this book and many others on my kindle as a great little surprise for myself. I started reading this one and got about halfway through before I remembered "Oh! There was a reverse harem in there!" This is one of the few times where under the influence me and Amazon actually got along but I do not condone this method of shopping or you will end up with a 5 po...

It wasn’t the title that pulled me in…There seem to be two things that make me look twice at a book cover, a striking (not necessarily handsome) bloke and a beautiful cape. I’m not sure what it is about them, but I would LOVE to have a hooded cape of my own. Maybe it's the historical romance reader in me because I'm still envious of the one Jane Bennet wore in Pride and Prejudice (BBC version). Now, the practicality of having a big sweeping hooded cape in Australia has held me back from ordering...

🔮 BR with my cake eating gurls at Reverse Harem Revolution #eatallthecake 🔮#2 Gypsy Freak ★★★★#3 Gypsy Origins ★★★#4 Gypsy Moon ★★★#5 Gypsy Rising ★★★#6 Gypsy Truths ★★★½4.5 StarsAs you might be able to tell I thoroughly enjoyed this book I didn't even know existed three or four weeks ago. I mean, this books' name was thrown to me at random, as most thing are in the RHR lair. The place is wack. There are rooms within which are populated by LOTS of cake, swooning, books and the occasional rando...

The Dark Side is one of my favorite series. This one is already topping it though. The world building had me scrambling a tad in the beginning and I sort of had a hell of a time separating the new characters initially. It definitely got better at about 40%.Damian, Emit, Vance and Arion are all separate individuals. I enjoyed their personalities immensely. They are all cursed. They are also sort of bad dudes. I am fairly positive that everyone in this book is cursed a bit. They all apparently deser...
