2.0 stars— Another day —another dud. After absolutely loving “What Lies in the Woods” last year, I decided to try and end my mediocre reading streak with the new book by Kate Alice Marshall. Unfortunately. “No One Can Know” was not nearly as good as “Woods” and took everything in my power to just finish. “No One Can Know” tells the story of Emma, who due to she and her husband’s financial issues, moves back to the home she and her two sisters lived in and inherited after her parents were brutall...

3.5 starsKnow One Can know was an okay read but it fell a bit sort at the end, too many twists at the end made me think this author doesn’t know which direction to go!Emma, Juliette & Daphne were sisters two were estranged after fourteen years they returned to the house where their parents were murdered, Emma becomes the main suspect, her husband didn’t know about her past… you see she & her sisters had a hard upbringing Nathan was blind to it all.We find out that Emma & Daphne were ...

Meh. Not a huge fan of the “but wait! There’s more!” ending. Emma discovers she is pregnant right before her husband Nathan tells her that he has lost his job and with it their newly acquired mortgage and deposit. Broke, with nowhere else to go, they decide to live in Emma's family home that she inherited, along with her two now-estranged sisters Juliette and Daphne, after their parents' brutal murders. Emma has long been considered the prime suspect, and no one in the town is willing to forget ...

3.5* This wasn’t bad by any means, but definitely a bit of a letdown after how much I *loved* What Lies in the Woods. The beginning and end were good, but it kind of lost steam in the middle, I really just wanted to know who did it.

**4.5-stars**No One Can Know is the most recent Adult release from beloved author, Kate Alice Marshall, who made her Adult Debut last January with What Lies in the Woods. I enjoyed that quite a bit, so have been anxiously awaiting this release. Happily, it didn't disappoint for a moment. I listened to the audiobook and yet again, Karissa Vacker's stellar narration knocked it out of the park. In this story we meet Emma, who after her husband, Nathan, loses his job, and essentially their housing, ...

Another heart-throbbing, twisty whodunnit murder mystery meets a delicious psychological thriller concept from Kate Alice Marshall. The story lures you into the complex lives of three sisters whose world changed forever after the tragic night they found their parents brutally killed. In order to survive the incident, they formed a lie and hid the ugly truth. The eldest daughter, Juliette, is obedient, dutiful, and a mother's pet. On that fateful night, she appears in someone else's clothes with w...
