Anzi, un'ondata di tristezza mi assale quando realizzo le profondità a cui l'autrice Tera Lynn Childs è sprofondata, affogando il suo pubblico in un mare di giochi di parole acquatici. Questa è una di quelle storie che ho avuto modo di leggere prima di iniziare a scrivere recensioni, ma se ricordo bene mi è piaciuta molto, quindi dovrei spenderci almeno una parola o due. Non sono sicura del perché mi piaccia leggere libri sulle sirene (credo sia colpa de La Sirenetta, che da bambina ho amato così tanto da averla ancora in testa in qualche modo). Cerchi una lettura estiva divertente, veloce e adorabile? Non cercare oltre! Il Segreto delle Pinne ha tutto questo e anche di più!Diciamo solo che sono letteralmente 'pazza di pinna' per questa stravagante storia di sirene!Una storia così carina. Questo è decisamente un romanzo che piacerà al pubblico YA più adulto, ma allo stesso tempo è qualcosa che non esiterei a raccomandare ai lettori YA più giovani e persino a quelli MG.Ho adorato Quincy dalla prima menzione della pallina di carta mastica...
