We all know that one guy down the pub…We all know that one guy down at the pub who hogs the whole conversation, just ranting for hours about anything and everything. And even though you don’t believe, understand, or agree with everything he says, you can’t help but be curious about what he’ll say next, so you just nod along. This book is the literary version of that bloke. Another reviewer here mentions knowing the author, saying he writes exactly how he talks. I totally believe it. This would k...

We all know that one guy down the pub…We all know that one guy down the pub who hogs the whole conversation, ranting for hours about absolutely everything. And even if you don’t believe, understand, or agree with everything he says, you can't help but be curious about what's coming next, so you just nod along. This book, Wrong Planet: Finding Your Tribe in a World That's Not Your Own by Karl Wiggins, is exactly like that. Another reviewer mentioned they know Karl Wiggins and that he writes exact...

Can I even call this inspiring? *Wrong Planet: Finding Your Tribe in a World That's Not Your Own* by Karl Wiggins will have you laughing, thinking way too much, and probably seeing how wrong you are about yourself... as long as you get what he's saying! If you don't, I'm not sure who to feel sorry for more, you or me. Either way, it's a great read, clearly well-researched, and a fascinating piece of modern thought. Definitely one to check out if you're looking for insightful book reviews.

Well! I never knew that...
I don’t know what it says about me but I could really relate to this book. Philosophical without being condescending. You can’t read "Wrong Planet: Finding Your Tribe in a World That's Not Your Own" by Karl Wiggins without stopping and saying, “I never knew that.” At least once during your search for your tribe. As far as insightful book reviews go, this one really resonated with me.

Informative and HilariousI'm already a big fan of Karl Wiggins, so I knew what I was getting into. Reading Karl is like grabbing a pint with your smartest friend at the pub. He's full of witty observations, fascinating opinions, and more wisdom than you'd expect, all delivered with killer entertainment value. **Wrong Planet: Finding Your Tribe in a World That's Not Your Own** basically categorizes people into groups where they naturally belong, which is something we all do subconsciously. But wh...

I can totally relate to "Wrong Planet: Finding Your Tribe in a World That's Not Your Own" by Karl Wiggins. The first chapter made me realize my… quirks… have a name! I definitely fit in with the Carefree Scamps. I loved being taken back in history, learning things I never knew about the '70s rock 'n' roll music scene, and what an amazing woman Bessie Stringfield was. Each chapter offers an insightful peek into a famous person's life and death—and their Tribe! The book is written in Karl Wiggins'...
