I found "The 5 Pillars of Wealth: Design a Life You Love" truly interesting. While we all tend to think of wealth purely in financial terms, I loved that Sahil Bloom's book delves into the five different types of wealth. It really opened my eyes to a broader perspective. I found the author's wording and writing style intriguing, and I also appreciated how much research-based information backed everything up. The story, spiraling from how often he'd see his parents into so much more, was such a p...

If this is your first dip into the personal development pool, then *The 5 Pillars of Wealth: Design a Life You Love* might actually blow your mind. However, for anyone who's been reading or listening to self-help stuff for, like, a decade or more, this book feels like a pretty basic summary of things you've already heard a million times. There's nothing really new, creative, or super insightful added to the mix. It’s Sahil Bloom distilling familiar concepts.Take *The 5 Pillars of Wealth: Design ...

Couldn't even get through it. This guy decides to prioritize what's important in life *after* he's already banked millions? Zero relatability. Honestly, who is this book, *The 5 Pillars of Wealth: Design a Life You Love* by Sahil Bloom, even for? Definitely not your average person looking for genuine financial advice or a roadmap to a fulfilling life. More like a humblebrag disguised as a self-help book. If you're looking for insightful book reviews, skip this one.

This is a terrific framework, but it's bogged down by dull, repetitive, and tired examples. If you've read any amount of personal development material, you've probably heard them dozens of times before.I love Sahil Bloom's premise in "The 5 Pillars of Wealth: Design a Life You Love" and think the five types of wealth he outlines are wise and actionable. However, I wish he would have used more creative, fresh, and unique supporting arguments to really bring his points home. As far as wealth-build...

I had high hopes for "The 5 Pillars of Wealth: Design a Life You Love" after all the hype. Nope.
TL;DR: Prioritize your family and friends. The rest of Sahil Bloom's book feels like repurposed content from other self-help gurus, clumsily patched together. If you're looking for insightful book reviews, skip this one.

It's alright. Anecdotal and formulaic. There are a few good nuggets in there to help you develop a healthy perspective and vision for a robust, fulfilling life. If you're looking for personal finance advice or a guide to building wealth, Sahil Bloom's *The 5 Pillars of Wealth: Design a Life You Love* might offer some useful insights, but don't expect groundbreaking revelations.

This book is a total game-changer. We get so caught up in chasing financial wealth that we completely lose sight of what else really matters in life. Sahil Bloom's framework for looking at these other crucial aspects of wealth is a genuinely groundbreaking and important contribution. It'll change how you spend your time and who you spend it with, no doubt about it. Sahil's writing is super clear, and he uses memorable charts and stories really effectively to keep you hooked the whole way through...

Every few years, I stumble upon a book that completely reshapes how I see my life and the world around me. Sahil Bloom's *The 5 Pillars of Wealth: Design a Life You Love* is one of those rare finds. Usually, these self-help books are just a few pages of solid advice padded out with hundreds of pages of filler. This is the complete opposite. Every chapter is so packed with valuable insights and substance that you need time to digest it all. You'll find yourself putting the book down every few pag...

TL;DR - Sahil Bloom's debut full-length book, *The 5 Pillars of Wealth: Design a Life You Love*, is the perfect companion to his years of newsletters and social media posts. It distills the wisdom he's curated into the five types of wealth we're born with and compound throughout our lives. He offers ways to leverage these pillars of wealth, while also providing cautions and strategies to avoid squandering them. Full Review: I can't recall exactly when I subscribed to Sahil's newsletters, but so...

Sahil Bloom's *The 5 Pillars of Wealth: Design a Life You Love* redefines wealth as more than just money, emphasizing time, social connections, mental clarity, physical health, and, of course, finances. Each section delivers powerful insights and actionable tips to help you build a balanced and truly fulfilling life. It's a fantastic resource for anyone interested in personal development books.
